Billing Services

AE Medical Billings Inc. services family and specialty medicine practitioners within the Greater Toronto Area and Surrounding. We have been very fortunate to submit OHIP billings, Reciprocal billings, WSIB, FAS (Refugee billings) and 3rd-party billings on behalf of our large physician cliental.

AE Medical Billings Inc. works with solo, large group practices and emergency associates groups simultaneously.

We are fully licensed by the Ministry of Health and all your patient information will be kept according to the Confidentiality Policy Requirements.

In order to assist you better, it would be our pleasure to provide our new physician’s with a billing sheet form, where all information can be captured. However if you already have an effective system in place that has worked well for you in the past, we would be glad to adapt to it and make it as user friendly and convenient as possible.

We submit for our physicians both via EDT (Electronic Data Transfer) or diskette, depending on the preference of the physician. We would be glad to help any diskette submitting physicians with the setup to submit their billings through EDT, allowing invalid information such as OHIP#, version codes, DOB etc. to be rejected immediately at the submission stage (receiving same day Error Reports) and as a result permitting prompt response time in order to re-submit soon after the actual visit date.

Our goal is to submit your claims and follow up on rejections to maximize your payments !

We will be glad to provide you with references of family and specialty physicians who already are using our services.

We understand that certain parts of your billings may need to be submitted through your hospitals billing department, so we ask that any billings that you are independently handling we may have the opportunity to service and collect on your behalf.

Our standard rate is 2.5% of billings paid by the Ministry, however we offer an introductory rate of 2% for the first 3 months to all our new physicians to evaluate our service and insure their satisfaction.
